I just created a weed town called DrugTown and the admission fee is 5 tbt (cheap). Just come in and pull a bunch of weeds. I'm not going to be answering when you come in my town because I'm just going to be playing on my wii u or whatever.
Just look for Maryjuan-DrugTown on your list.
