Dreamies Personality Question

I'm wondering, for those of you who have dreamies, if their personalities were different, would you still want them? If, say, Marshal were a cranky, Julian a jock, or Merengue a snooty, would you still want them? I'd have to say I couldn't imagine Julian as anything but smug. But if he were, say, a jock, I'd probably not keep him. What are your thoughts? Also, do you think that tier one would be different if those villagers had different personalities?

But if you mean if people still like them if they were in different personality, I think it still is =) cause people like how they look and personality doesn't bother so much lols~

I'll love Marshal no matter what, his design is just so delighting and cute!

And I'll love love to see Coco as an uchi, I wouldn't mind if she was any other personality that wasn't normal! :~)

And Julian as a peppy, yes pleeeease. XD

I think I would still keep the majority of my dreamies even if they were different personalities. I could see chief becoming a jock and sprinkle a snooty, maybe fuchsia even turning peppy!! I think Julian would make an really cool jock! It would make his look pretty ironic!

Fang, Julian- no. Ahaha no 8'D and Merengue is too sweet to be snooty. But I think it'd be kind of interesting to have her head tilt all condescendingly heh.


Lolly could absolutely be a peppy but she's also a sweetheart and very...conservative. Not in a political sense haha.

I wish Frita was a peppy, and Hans was a cranky. Zucker would be hilarious and adorable as a smug just...he's perfect as a lazy but still. I wish Flora were a snooty. I haven't slept and I can't think straight but there are a lot more!

I don't think I'd wuv Zucker or Marina as much if they had different personalities.
Marshal would make a good cranky imo, but I like him just as much as a smug.
If any of my fave villagers became jocks(if they aren't already) I don't think I'd like them much anymore lol. I'm not too keen on the jocks tbh, idk why, there's only two jock villagers I actually like.

I can't imagine Julian as any other personality. I could imagine Rudy as a peppy if males were allowed to be peppy. I can imagine Beau as a smug for some reason... Wolfgang I can't imagine being anything but cranky though. I can imagine Bianca as snooty, normal or uchi as well as peppy. I think Phoebe could be snooty... Chevre could also be snooty or even uchi. Portia could be uchi or normal, Eunice could be peppy or snooty, and Bunnie could be normal.

Since I chose mostly based on looks and not personality, it wouldn't really matter to me.
But I think the developers did a really good job matching the looks and themes with personalities.

I would have kept Marshal in my town if he was Cranky. I HATE the smug personality for some reason because it reminds me of his kid I really hate lol. I refuse to have a smug in my town.

I'd probably still have all the same villagers, since I chose them based on names and species, not personality.

I have a friend who would 180 about her opinion on Marshal if he was a cranky instead. As for me, there are a few villagers whose designs I see and they strike me as having a certain personality to go along with it, and when it turns out being completely different, I still try to work it into my headcanon. That said though, jocks and snooties make it very difficult to look passed, as they really grate on me. XD; So I guess I wouldn't mind if those personality types were done away with.

I think I could take Marshal as anything but a Cranky (Altough Jock would not fit him at all), not because of the personalities themselves but because of what their voices sound like. One day I almost invited Static into my town but I just couldnt get over how terrible such a deep voice sounded coming out of him. I really expected him to be Lazy or Smug because of his face.

And I used to think Pierce was smug (Because of a random animated video I saw on youtube months ago where Pierce is all smooth and his house is Regal, like it used to be in past games) and discovering he is actualy a Jock was kind of a let down, but he is one of the very few Jocks I ended up liking so it all worked out!

I dont think Id mind personality changes amongst most of my girls, but I definitively wouldnt want them to change in a way that makes me have 2 Snooty or Peppy villagers. Their self-centered "Im the best" personalities just wouldnt feel well if they had a personality clone around.

Flora could be funny as a snooty!

I'd still love Flora or Flurry as snooties. Willow could be a normal or a peppy, too. I think those three can interchange a bit without drastic problems ahha.

I actually highly would prefer it if Mira was a PEPPY instead of a UCHI. Then she'd be more like the real Sailor Venus!

… and then I'd probably have to get Renee as my Uchi.

I would still love Chief even if he were a different personality. I could see him sporting a jock jacket or being smug. Either way, I'd love him regardless <3.

I actually would love Marshal more if he were cranky. xD It would be so weird with the voice though, because he's so small. (Then again Hamphrey...)

O'Hare was a cranky before he was smug, and I would still have him on my dreamie list. Even if he became jock. xD As long as he keeps being a mint choco bunny with a straw hat. <3

Tangy must always be peppy. I can't imagine her any other way. She'll probably still make her way into my dreamie list by virtue of being a fruit kitty.

Well, those are my top 3 dreamies. xD The others... not completely sure. I don't think I can accept Filbert and Stitches as anything other than lazy. I love Willow for being a sheep and a snooty (and being the cutest of both) so... I can't see her as peppy or normal or uchi. I would probably love Mira more if she were peppy or normal--and on the flip side, it would be so interesting if Flurry were uchi. xD

Not a dreamie, but I can't imagine Julian not being smug either! xD It just fits him so perfectly.

I forgot Bruce and Bill, but I honestly love Bill because he's a jock duckie. So adorable! He and Roald are my favorite jocks. As for Bruce, I actually thought he was jock at first. o_o
