So I've heard a few people say to get the Dream Suite pwp you have to be mayor for 7 days and then you'll find Isabelle sleeping and she'll suggest the Dream Suite pwp but I've been mayor for way more than 7 days and still haven't found Isabelle sleeping. Is that not how you get the Dream Suite like do you have to be mayor longer or something?

I don't think so. Apparently it's random. It's that you have to be a mayor for at least 7 days, but it could take more. I've seen some people say they have to wait 9 or 10 days before they get the suggestion.

yes you do have to connect to wireless at least once, so open your gates and close them. You also have to have built at least one temporary publics work project

You're right. I played in my original town for 6 months before I connected to the Internet. Only then did Isabelle fall asleep.
