Dream Suite question

Is there an in game advantage to having people visit your town via a dream? I read that you only earn the badge by visiting other towns. So, what's the point of people asking others to visit their town?

...Because they want to show of their town? That's it as far as I know. They're proud of their town.

Some people have wonderful towns and deserve to show them off! It's nice to know that your hard work has payed off with people visiting it ^-^

I think some people are quite nervous about having visitors over in case something bad happens (items getting stolen, hybrids ruined etc), so dreaming of a town is the next best thing: you get to see their hard work and they don't have to worry about anything getting ruined. I like having visitors though so I tend not to worry, but some players have had horrible things happen to their town and understandably get put off! I also like to visit my friends dream towns if we haven't been able to meet up in a while, as time-zones make it hard to be sociable sometimes.

Ok, makes sense. I hate dreaming. I just let her pick. This is my last badge that's still bronze - off to visit random towns. If the plaza tree is small, I immediately leave. I have seen nice towns
