Dream Suite AND PWP PLACEMENT help

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but I have some questions-
I don't currently have the Dream Suite, so I can't test this out. I also haven't gone dreaming in a while so I don't remember, but..
How does weather/time work in dreams? For some reason, I feel like every town I visited was always night bc *~*oh sleepy nighttime dreams*~*. Does this happen for every town, or can you save your dream town at like 12pm?

Also, if I save my town on the meteor shower, will it rain stars in the dream as well? And do you have any other tips for making and uploading a good dream town to share? ;;

ALSO how close can a PWP be placed to a villager home? If I wanted to put a flower bed to the side of a villager's house, how many spaces away would it be?

Time and weather vary depending on when the dream was saved. If it was noon and raining, that's what the dream will be. The meteor shower is like a special event though, so I'm not sure it shows. I do know that you'll see confetti on Festivale though.

Two spaces, I believe. You need one for the border of the house (unless it's in front of a house) and another for the PWP border area.

i saved my dream with a meteor shower once and it worked, so yes it will rain stars on the dream. also the previous answer is correct about 2 spaces between houses and pwp.

most people probs do night time for the illuminated PWPs bc they're much prettier at night time
