Heya,
Just a question; but do you think it matters that an island has a full muesuem, and updated shop and such if the island is just a dream address?
I can't remember if you're able to look at people's musuems through dreams; and I kinda felt like maybe it didn't matter?
(And if it doesn't then a big oof for me, since I gave some of my paintings to the other Island, when they could've been used for my permanant Island I didn't have donated yet XD )

I also have another Island idea, and this idea would look really adorable if the musuem was still it's small, wooden look.

I don't think it matters if your shop or museum are complete. I don't think you can visit nooks cranny, you can go into somebody's museum, but I know I never go in there when I visit a dream address.

I agree with firesquids - i think it doesn't matter. And keeping the smaller museum might work out really well!

I don't think I've ever entered the museum when visiting DAs. I guess all the museums have pretty much the same stuff inside, so, meh. I might if it was the smaller museum, though, if only for the nostalgia of just starting out. That'd be pretty cool.

For what its worth, I never go in the museum in DAs either. Mainly because it's the exact same as mine but maybe a few more/less items. It's not anything that I just  have to see.

I agree with everyone else, I'm pretty sure you can visit but most people aren't really gonna pay attention to that, because honestly everyone's museums are exactly the same. If you're visiting a dream address, its to look at all of the work that person has done to decorate the island themselves, and all of their own personal touches! But yeah keeping earlier versions of shops could be a cool idea that makes an island unique :>

Thanks for the ideas everyone!!
Some designs are definitely better as the older shops for the type of theme, also really helps because I don't really time travel and couldn't handle keeping the island for so long, just wanna move onto the next theme build I had planned.
Felt kinda silly giving my paintings but alas it is done. I won't focus too much on finishing the musuem~ :D
