Giveaway Draw to Win: Marshall the Smug Squirrel!

I did one of these on reddit a while ago and it was moderately successful but I think it can be better with Marshall due to his popularity.

RULES:
1. Only use MSPaint
2. Don't steal art because I will be reverse searching any of the ones I consider choosing as winners.
3. This isn't based on artistic skill. I'm prone to choose ones that are really creative or ones that capture the real essence of MSPaint.

This post is crossposted to the subreddit /r/adoptmyvillager, so there will also be competition there.

He's already in boxes all ready for the winner, and as a bonus, the winner will also be getting his picture! He's 100% original as far as I know.

On my laptop (it's quite old, seven years I think) I have a thing called Paint but I don't have MS paint. Could I use Paint instead?
