self explanatory, i'd love to see you guys draw my mayor/oc/persona Ruffla! doesn't matter if traditional or digital or mixed media i wanna see em all!
Ruffla has neon green eyes, olive skin, black/very dark brown hair that's extremely messy and goes down to her waist. She has a couple freckles here and there on her nose.
She wears a teal/cyan jumper dotted with stars/dots over a plain white shirt that has the collar sticking out of the v neck. She wears an oxblood red skirt and brown knee-high/calf-high lace-up boots.
Oh and one last thing! She wears a star in her hair, normally on the left (your right)
