I downloaded it for 1000 pts and its good. The Wifi takes 30 sec for a match and only wins are shown on a match-up, with ranking. You can chat between matches too with set messages... but still good! I can send demos to you guys, if you want.
Anyway, my first WiiWare game and awesome. The top 10 scoreboard is dominated by Japan.. pfft.

Sounds like a cool game. The only thing close to Dr. Mario I've ever played was "Dr. Wario" on WarioWare for the GBA.

Its really awesome, sort of like Tetris. Except of rows you line up colors. I loved this game as a kid, so it was a must buy.
