Don't understand how to make a perfect Snowmama.

I make her with her head slightly smaller than the body. She says the posture is excellent.
She asks me for 5 snowflakes. I have been told that 5 snowflakes means not perfect.???

All snowpuppets need a head that's slightly smaller than their body but doing this doesn't guarantee them being perfect. If she still asks for 5 snowflakes it means her bottom ball wasn't perfect, but you still managed to make her balanced.

You should have a medium ball, just above your chin level, for the base.
Then a slightly smaller ball for the head n_n
