So just this morning when I got on I found sprinkle thinking about leavening I went up to talk to her and she wants to leave should I let her?

There’s no right or wrong answer. If you are ready for her to move on/ ready to island hop or otherwise find a new villager, then say yes. If you don’t want her to go, then say no.

if you want someone different to ask tomorrow you can reset the game without responding and not talk to her while she has the thought bubble for the rest of today.

In the end I believe that depends on your personal feelings, and your idea of who you would want instead.

If she isn’t one of your favorites, and you wouldn’t mind her leaving, I’d say that yes you should, and use this chance to pursue a villager you would really like a lot more.
