Definitely worth a try, but I don't think it'll work. For one, if it would work less people would be stressing over obtaining them. But also because your DS is linked to your region. European DS won't accept American games and vice versa. That link probably also determines what items and events you get.

yep, you can change your language to other european countries for their respective DLCs such as berliner and twelve grape plate. :] but yes, won't work with NA, etc.

i think you may have to be on a separate character to get each item... i was just at someone's town a bit ago that did it for spain and germany. :]
