Does Wolf Link appear in the villager cycle?

I hate his house placement and I was wondering if I replaced him with another amiibo, could I then invite him back and replace that other amiibo with him?

Amiibo invites generally ignore the villager cycle.

You can for sure cycle in the same amiibo card multiple times I know from experience with selling villagers

Thanks for the responses! I knew it was like that with amiibo card villagers but was unsure if it was the same with amiibo villagers.
