Does TT work when breeding hybrids

I've never TT'd before, but I imagine you would still need to water whatever flowers you want to hybridize every day.
So you would have to TT day by day.

It does-it doesn't matter if you skip weeks or months, flowers will breed. Two words of advice, like windfall stated, flowers have a higher chance of producing a hybrid when watered, and also if you don't have the "Clean Town" Ordinaces (or whatever it is) then the flowers will obviously wilt.

Go day by day. That's the best way to get the most hybrids, because if you jump large amounts of time you'll encounter 2 problems. 1: The flowers won't be watered, 2: If they do breed, those flowers that spawned will be taking up room where more flowers could spawn. So day by day is the best option because you'll be able to water flowers and pick up the spawned flowers to make room for more.

Yes. Time travel to the next day, water the flowers, and repeat. You will have plenty in no time.
