Is there a flag item like close to the flag pole in NL and you can use your custom design for the flag?

Closest thing I can think of is the Vertical Banner, which is... not quite what you're looking for I'm presuming. You can give it a custom design pattern if you want.

There's another one that I sometimes see in more sporty villagers' vacation homes that I can't remember the name of, but it's fairly low to the ground and I don't know off hand if it can be customized with a custom design.

I checked and i don't think you can use a custom design for the Champion's Pennant but it is perfect for another thing
i might as well have to use the streetlamp sadly. Bit in shocked there's no flag pole
