Does isabelle appear in the RV?

Im curious if she appears in the campground, (as well as the other in-town NPC'S) as technically she already lives n town. Also, can you find the in-game nintendo consoles at the campground?

Isabelle isn't apart of the team that randomly appear. You can only grab her through one of her Amiibos.
Also you can find the consoles at the campground. Every Amiibo comes with both the 3DS and Wii U.

you can invite her and every npc with an amiibo figure. but they are in the rv the whole day so for example if you invite isabelle you cant do mayor stuff that day
