Does DLC count in the catalog?

If I'm trying to complete my catalog, can I finish it without DLC?

To get a 100% complete catalog you need all the DLC as well. However, if you're aiming for the gold catalog badge I think you only need 80% completion.

Yeah, gold is 80%.

But all DLC counts. Including the 7-11 set
