The "branch" thing is the hunter's hive. It's a DLC item that comes with Felyne. Felyne is available to download now.

The second thing is the hanging shelf. It's found under the category that other stuff that hangs from the ceiling is in, like some lamps and the ceiling fan. I can't remember how you unlock it.

The hanging shelf is an automatic unlock when you are able to use ceiling furniture if I remember correctly.
