I have the bronze badge for weed pulling and a Beautiful Town ordinance, so I don't get many weeds in my town.

It is a town called NoWhere and I use it for a weed town.
It has more weeds than you can pull in 30 min.
One trip could get you the gold badge.

After Nowhere town you should be close to the gold.
