Does anyone have a modern town?

Im not brave enough to go for it myself but i haven't seen any modern towns really and am curious about how everything looks when it's put together

If anyone does have one you should post your dream address so I can peep at it!

My town is absolutely a work in progress, especially the landscaping, but I do have a couple modern features in it and I plan to go full modern once I get the PWPs and things for it. My DA is in my signature if you really feel like looking at it but don't feel obligated to.
