Do you wear a fitness tracker and how many steps average do you do daily?

I always have one on. I wear it mostly to track my sleep.
On a work day I do an average 20'000 steps.
On a non work day I'll do 10'000 to 15'000.
I do enjoy walking and keeping track of it.
 
I do, although it’s largely just because I don’t own a watch and otherwise I have no way of telling the time when I’m at work lol. I do also like being able to track my steps and sleep though
 
Not really. All my exercise sessions are set up a certain way so that I don't really need to keep a device for this.
 
I used to use one of those Fitbit watches to track my steps when I worked positions that would imply a ton of steps; would average around 25K-30K steps per shift. I am sure there were miscalculations, but was moving a lot.

Now I only use a Samsung watch and its more so for connectivity with my phone, only wear it when I go out or plan on walking.
 
I tried, many time, but I find them uncomfortable. I love the data it collects but I just remove it at some point in the day, don't know where, and I never find it again 😭
 
No. Honestly I don't really see a point for me to use one. I get my exercise by walking.
 
yes. having an Apple Watch means that I have these things called rings (goals) a standing goal, exercise, and calorie. I’m so anal about closing them 😭 I feel so achieved when I do
 
I don't. My step count would be embarrassingly low most days because I barely move from my desk 😅

I used too until it broke after a year. Never buying Fitbit again.

I want to get another one but I hear they might have a next gen soon so I'm gonna wait.
 
i have an apple watch but i’m terrible with charging it. i like trying to close the rings even if i don’t get to close all of them everyday 😅
 
Yes I use a Fitbit! I love tracking my steps. I try to hit 10,000 a day or more. When I was working I was getting around 20,000-25,000 a day cause I was working a very physically active job. It’s very motivating to me to see my step count and pushes me to be more active
 
I don't. I haven't been interested in any fitness trackers since it hasn't felt necessary for me.
