Many causes of suicide are from solitude, so I just decided to ask for your opinions because I'm bored.

Anyways, I do think so. If you alone, old, and have nothing to do then whats the point. It also may cause death in some cases. I vaguely remember reading this article that loneliness is bad for you or something.

No. There's a lot you can do instead of sitting around.

The movie Up is a pretty good example of this.

If there is no possible way to get close to people, then sure, they'd go crazy otherwise.

But if it's just they don't want to try to be close to people, then they shouldn't.

I think that, suicide in general is a sign of weakness. Living is hard, dying is easy.
I have a hard time respecting someone's solution to a difficult scenario when they take the easy way out. I don't think it's right to kill yourself over anything, if you've got a problem, take the time to get help! Even in seeking help you may find the solution to your problem without having to use said help.

Living a life of solitude is definitely no reason to be suicidal. No reason is a good reason to be suicidal... :'(

Some of my friends have killed themselves because they felt all alone and no one realized that they thought they were alone.
