Do you still play other animal crossing games like Wild world etc ? or do you prefer to only play new leaf ?

Unless Happy Home Designer counts, no. I could never get into Gamecube AC or Wild World even though I tried. 3rd time was the charm and New Leaf was the first Animal Crossing game I truly liked.

Happy Home Designer ~
I'm thinking of opening my Wild World.. although it's been 3 years since I last did.

I visited my old Wild world town about ten minutes ago,it was full of weeds.I did get to see maple though and she wondered where I had gone for ten or so months.

I play NL a lot, but I started playing AC:GC again a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with it again. <3 I play it a lot more than NL now.

I don't, but have been thinking I'd like to open up CF and take a peek around.

I checked my WW town the other day, COVERED IN WEEDS, turns out I was still employed to nook, haha no wonder I abandoned it so long ago, pulled a few weeds spoke to pierce and then turned my DS off as I lost interest!

Sometimes I play Wild World every once in awhile, and after I get some more work done on my New Leaf town, I'll play again. I really hate how flowers die so easily, and that there's no Beautiful Ordinance that you can enact to keep them alive, but that adds to the fun and the challenge of it. Each game has things that the other games don't have, which makes it fun to play them all.

why play the older version when you have new leaf which is superior is every aspect?

Nostalgia. Wild World is the game I started with and it's special to me. And while you think New Leaf is "superior in every way," I disagree when it comes to the dialogue. The villagers weren't so sugary sweet and cookie-cutter back then. They also had funny conversations all the time.

I don't play any of the older AC games even though I have them all. ACNL is the best game so when I feel like playing Animal Crossing, I naturally just play ACNL. The Gamecube version has some nostalgic value and some features that ACNL doesn't have, but that isn't enough to make me want to spend time playing it over ACNL. ACNL is much, much better than WW or CF. They don't have the nostalgia factor that the Gamecube version has and they have significant flaws which makes them seem unplayable now that New Leaf exists. Someday, I might play the previous games just to see what has happened to my towns over all of this time, but I would not spend any significant time playing those games because they are just not as fun as New Leaf.

Every once in a while I play the gamecube animal crossing. I delete whatever town I have, start a new one, obsess over it for a week and cheat like heck to finish the game... then not touch it for a whole year. Rinse and repeat.

Besides NL (and ACHHD?), I play the GameCube version. I don't like Wild World and I can't play CF anymore because my Wii refuse to work, I miss CF :(

I play ACGC on my computer since I don't have a tv to hook my gamecube up to. I really want to play CF again but again, no tv. And of course I probably play ACHHD more than I do NL now
