Sometimes I just leave it as it is but if I know I'll be going out that day I make sure to do it 'cause I know I'll be happy I did once I'm home.

I never do unless I've just washed all my bedding and have some incentive to make everything look nice. I'll straighten the covers a bit before I get into bed at night, but that's the extent of my "making" anything. I normally just can't be bothered.

I'll answer my own question. I sometimes make my bed. I have been trying to but I either forget or not feel like it.
