Do you like going to the dentist?

I always love going to the dentist, having an air-polish and general clean, it feels great during and after! I don't know why so many people hate going!

No it's a weird feeling when people are scraping your teeth so no I hate It.

I wouldn't say I like it, but I don't mind it. My dentist is really funny though so it makes the experience nicer

I honestly don't mind if I have to go to the dentist. But I can understand why some people just hate going.

I really like it honestly. Unless there's a slip-up and my gum gets poked hard by one of the sharp tools...

No. It's expensive .. and I have bad teeth as it is.

I wouldn't say I love it, but I don't mind it. The doctors are nice and while I'm not the biggest fan of having people poke around in my mouth, they try to make you as comfortable as possible.

The place is mainly targeted for young kids so there's a lot of posters and things that they decorate the place with that aren't in my interest but I don't mind.

I have strong, healthy teeth, so I don't mind going. I wouldn't say I like it or that I look forward to going, but I'm not afraid. Same with the eye doctor.

I love it. You lay on a comfy chair while someone fixes you. It's so relaxing.

I guess I like it. My teeth are in pretty good shape so nothing the doctor does is painful, and it's nice to have them checking my teeth for any cavities that might start forming so we can get it fixed right away.

NO. Today is my day off and I have a dentist appointment. I am not looking forward to it. I keep thinking I should cancel it.

I don't really mind it, but then I've never had a filling or had braces so nothing's ever really happened to me there.

edit: also confused, some people are calling them 'doctors' on this thread - is that a thing where you guys are? they're definitely not considered doctors here (from my experience anyway)

Yeah it's nice! I usually go in for the yearly teeth clean, sometimes though I might go in for a checkup, but it fun sitting and watching them use the cool tools xD

don't know what those stand for, sorry! are they the dentist degree or something? In the UK it's called a bachelor of dental surgery (BDS)

No, I have kinda crooked teeth that they they comment on every single time. Like I understand I'll need braces (which I'm on the waiting list for) but pointing them out every time isn't a nice feeling. My teeth aren't even dirty or gross anyway, just crooked.

It's one of those things that you know is good for you in the long run but it's not very fun to do at the time.
