I love to decorate my flat. I renovated recently my living room and I loved the whole process. Find an asthetic, buy accesoirs, looking on pintrest for inspiration... I want to do the kitchen and dining room next but I need money lol
I'm not sure how much I like decorating, or if I just like unpacking things from moving. Because I really do like unpacking things and putting them in the place that they should go.
Irl, no. If I lived alone, maybe. Clutter gives me anxiety and when you live with another person, you naturally have "enough clutter" and going out looking for themed clutter to display wouldn't work out well.
If I have a good idea of what I wanted to do and the time/money for it then I enjoy decorating every now and then but I don’t like leaving things half done or messy and other times I just have no inspiration - so in general I enjoy it on rare occasions
Yes, I like decorating. We are getting a new house soon so my husband and I have all sorts of ideas we want for it. I also enjoy outdoor decoraring and I'm very fond of Eastern/zen themes.
I do! it's fun to come up with a general layout and then execute that idea and see it come to life : ) sometimes it can be overwhelming though, especially if there's many options to choose from
As opposed to Animal Crossing where my favorite aspect of the games is the interior decoration, I can't say that I particularly care about decorating my actual living space nearly as much. There's some appeal, sure, but it also seems like it can be a pricey endeavor depending on if you already have the stuff or not; I care about and prioritize other aspects of life when it comes to such expenditure.
I love decorating, but I don't like going out and buying decorations and furniture. I like collecting things over time and slowly building up a cool room! An example of this is my bedroom wall, over time I've put up quotes from books, postcards, invitations to parties, posters, maps from vacations and school trips, and birthday cards I liked. I'm kinda hoarding stuff on my wall, but it all has sentimental value! It reminds me of the stuff I did, and it's fun explaining all of the items and where they can from to visitors.
I do enjoy decorating and thought about a career in interior design, but I don't redecorate my rooms often. I love decorating a fresh, clean room after moving or renovating. Once I've found a decor I like for a particular room, I only make minor tweaks to update it when I get new things.
I love decorating! Especially for seasonal changes, but also in between. I like making my home look personal and I love cute and pretty things. I'm sentimental too. My husband is a minimalist who hates clutter xD so my knickknacks and decorations get in his way sometimes, but he has come to appreciate most of my decorating.
I love to appreciate a well decorated space but I don't myself get to do a lot of decorating when it comes to my own place. I WISH I could have a nicely decorated space that reflects my personality but due to cost and life circumstances and things, it's just not a reality for now.
I swear, I play Animal Crossing in real life the way I move furniture around every 5 months, it seems. I sometimes hang up seasonal decorations, but honestly I don't often have the motivation to decorate at all. Rearranging furniture, yes, but actually hanging stuff up and whatever, not so much. The majority of my possessions are kept in cardboard boxes. I'm just better at pushing and assembling furniture and installing/repairing stuff than scattering pictures and trinkets about, I guess. ♀
I'm a self-proclaimed minimalist. I mean, just look at my wardrobe, which is literally just a night stand with my whopping eight shirts and five pants neatly folded. This isn't including my work uniform. All shirts are literally the same colorway and all five pairs of pants are the exact same pair. I'm basically a cartoon character, but at least I'm not fussing over what to wear each day.
My room would be even more minimalistic, so you won't get much out of me in terms of decorating. I already have a general idea of what I want my room to look like whenever I get the opportunity to move. I might have a few cool things here and there, but it'll be kept very minimal. Ideally, I'd want to live out of an RV but I currently do not have a license with no plans of getting one in the near future. Whichever I end up pursuing, be it an RV or a small studio apartment will definitely be kept very minimal.
I do like decorating. I have a lot of art in my home. A lot of it is from friends and family and some of it I made. Other stuff I’ve gotten from thrift stores (love finding a weird thrift store piece), and I also have some photos up on the walls. I really want to start decorating with my spider plants, but I need to install more hooks in the ceiling!
No, I don't really enjoy decorating (irl or in games). I don't have a good eye for style/aesthetic, nor do I have the patience tbh. Whatever I try doesn't up looking good
