Some of my old town names( & mayors names) such as Mocha & Hibiscus and a few more but I forgot other now.

No. Neither Miori nor Nyala.
The only other Mioris in the Dream Suite are my old towns.. last time I checked that is. I always reuse that name.

Rosedale seems to be fairly common name and I've visited a few via dream suite. I haven't come across any other towns names Sefton or Sellick yet.

In passing I've encountered maybe 1 or 2 I think, but surprisingly I don't think the name is that popular despite being not so creative.

I'm not very creative so my towns generally share the same name as others. I had a Hyrule once, there's tons of those haha. Right now I have a town named Fauna, and one named Plumeria. Not sure how popular those names are, I imagine there's a couple though. I hate coming up with names.
