My main room is all red, green and yellow items for feng shui. I am wondering if this is really a noticeable help? It sure does limit what you can do with that room and I am thinking of not doing this. But since my town is pretty new I will stick with it if it helps with bells, finding rare items etc. Have you noticed a difference?

I don't actively try to get Feng Shui bonuses in my room. I prefer to create the kind of room I want. That being said, if I happen to have the correct color of furniture, I might try to place it in its preferred area. The bonuses aren't big enough to really notice, and are kind of useless once you have played enough.

I've never gone all out on the feng shui. In the beginning, if I get any furniture pieces that are the right colors, I'll try to put them in the appropriate spot if it looks okay. Maybe it's because I do this, but certain design aesthetics just feel right to me (like plants at the bottom of the room or the phonograph on the left side). But I don't stress about it, and as I get more pieces and start to properly decorate my home, I don't worry about feng shui at all. I've honestly never really noticed much of a difference either way.

I have done this for ages, and it was actually last night that I realised I maybe don't need to anymore! I've been playing this town for years, and I've not redecorated my main room in sooooo long... I was always reluctant to move my green plant for example. But I'm gonna be a rebel and do what I want with my room now, ha!

i hostly like more of a set/theme/zen in my main i dont really pay much atention to its feng shui. but maybe i should

Nope, I'd probably be more inclined if I needed the points, but even then I don't think I'd bother.
