Do Villagers Still Do This?

I really miss when villagers would come over to my house unannounced, or invite me/ask to come over at a time. It made me so happy because they'd examine each room and it was cute. I haven't had a single villager ever ask, nor come over unannounced... Please tell me they didn't remove it

Also low-key wondering if Flea Market exists... I've been eyeballing someone's rose bed... I will get it some day.

I used to dislike when villagers would just waltz in unannounced, and I also used to dislike figuring out a time to visit their house (because I usually forgot!) but I actually really, REALLY miss it! I definitely wish this was still a thing. I want Biff to barge in while I'm busy and tell me my house is trash
It gave the villagers a lot of life, I feel! I'd also like if the flea market thing made a comeback. Wild World was the only AC game I haven't played so I never experienced it! I think I read it was in City Folk too (?) but that was my least favourite game in the series so I didn't play it that much.

I also wish villagers still visited my home at random. Do they even invite you to their home now? I don’t think I’ve seen it anywhere. I do hope they add things like this in an update, it made me feel closer to my villagers in NL!

Also really loved the flea market, if anything it could be a way for us to buy back those damn bass that we gave to our villagers!

Honestly, I was never such a huge fan of when villagers randomly came to my house or when they asked me to visit their house because I always forgot about it. Now however I kinda miss it, because it feels like your villagers don't wanna hang out with you as much as they wanted back then. Hopefully, they will bring this (as well as the flea market) back in an update.
