Umm I can confirm that some kalos Pokemon appear in oras I encountered a skrelp before

Well you can get them from wonder trade
and you can evolve Eevee into Sylveon (which is done without trading since you can find Eevee in the wild)

Oh yeah, and as mentioned above, you can find Skrelp/Clauncher in your game (depending on the version) with the DexNav - and you can find Binacle on mirage island via rocksmash

So they do exist.

More like they use the Kalos Pokemon as an incentive for people to buy X/Y. They've done this with every generation.

The only other ones I can remember being available in OR/AS are Klefki on the route to the right of Fallarbor Town and Phantump in Petalburg Woods. They're both DexNav Pokemon.

I haven't seen any yet, except for ones I've gotten from Wonder Trade but those ones were just transferred over from X/Y. I think though, that Kalos Pokemon have a way to get over to Hoenn. Eventually, like species in real life, these Pokemon will move over to other regions.

maybe my friends who have X and Y can get me what I want from Kalos because I'm pretty sure X and Y can trade with ORAS

They're aren't, but you can easily trade from X/Y to ORAS anyways, so there's really not point to having Kalos Pokemon in ORAS...besides Sylveon of course.

Same case with me. I learnt my lesson to not buy digital copies (especially as I just broke yet another 3DS....ugh)

I do have a Phantump from Petalburg Woods and a Froakie from Wonder Trade, though. When my 3DS is fixed I could trade you them.
