There is something you can buy from Datel to change the region of your Wii. I would imagine that the same thing exists for other systems.

I just browsed Datel's site for products, it doesnt look like they even offer the region changer anymore. I've seen it in stores, and on their site. Maybe it is no longer made.

@Bacon Boy: Nintendo DS games are not region locked so feel free to buy that game. I know because Jump Ultimate Stars works on my DS.

@DirtyD: I believe that they don't offer it anymore because Wii update 3.7 removed the functionality of the freeloader. Unless you don't update your Wii, or have a certain channel, the freeloader won't work.
