Whoa, that's really expensive. I don't usually see people selling items that high. Usually they sell tier 1 and tier 2 neighbors for that.

I'll buy the lily lamp and pink heart balloon for 10TBT.
And fyi, i think the going rate right now is 1TBT = 200k in-game bells.
Some people go a little lower or higher than that but generally i see DLC go for 5TBT-10TBT a piece.
