What kind of animal is Dizzy? Sorry, I'm lazy to look this up. 
I have an open slot for a new villager open, maybe I'd like to take him off your hands. As long as he's already packed (his house will be full of boxes where his furniture used to be), then somebody can come and talk to him to convince him to move to their town.
