I don't really know how to do this, but I will try. So, Dizzy, the elephant villager, is currently in boxes in my town. I checked the villager popularity and saw that he was "bottom of the barrel" so I decided to give him away here, in case somebody wanted him in their town. First come first serve; he's completely free, just come to my town and ask him to move to yours.
