diy help?

i might just be blind is what i think, but i'm a bit confused.
i got the wooden bookshelf DIY from a person i traded with - it was on my wishlist because i didn't have it until just now. trying to learn it makes the game say "you already know this diy recipe!" ... but i genuinely don't? i can't find it ANYWHERE in my list of DIYs. has anyone else encountered this?​

Maybe you are on the wrong tab? Put on "Everything" and press Y to sort by alphabetical. If you still can't find, I dont know /:

false alarm, turns out i'm blind. the wooden bookshelf, for some reason, isn't part of the same "series" as the other wooden items, but goes with the magazine racks and etc., where i just scrolled past it. ;^;
