Buying Diver's Hood?

There is this hat called "Diver's Hood" and it is supposed to be sold in the Able Sisters shop but I have never seen it there before. I looked it up on wiki and it says it sells for 600 bells. Is this hat even real? or is it fake? I am wanting this so called Diver's Hood so bad for a looooong time now! If any of you have it or if any of you see it please respond to this thread.
