most people would, thats the problem, halo isnt that great, its kinda corny, and like you said mediocre, ive tried getting into it because of the amount of praise it has, like i tried getting all the achievements, played the multiplayer abunch, and i got all the skulls but in the end it still cant compare to a solid game fps like call of duty. and also, the people online are just ridiculous, because they freakin sit on their asses and play it ALL day. anyway, district 9 looks alright, i might see it.

Your friend must have bad taste in cinema, teehee. I have to admit it has a rather slow start, though. The movie itself is more like a documentary. Which I appreciate very much. Gives it more realism.

Mediocre to you, but it's a great FPS imo.
Besides, I can't see district 9 in theaters because it's rated R. Halo will be too, but it's being released when I'm 16, and I'm sure my Mom would be willing to buy me a ticket.
