in a section of ZB Theme zone, they have a place where they let you use the skin that a member/staff made...and the banner was made by Nikoking!

Sorry but the skin's awful IMO.
Also, It's called Distortion World.
But could be promising if you get some decent themes.
Maybe make your own?
