Hi, I just updated my ACNL game after not playing for months and I'm so sick of Wisp! I don't have an amiibo reader, and I don't really plan on getting one. He keeps popping out of nowhere and I was wondering if there was a way I could disable him from my town or if I just have to deal with it? Thank you!

Not sure what you mean by "popping up" considering he only continuously talks to you if you havent found his lamp yet
once you find his lamp if you just put it in your house or storage somewhere and never use it you won't have to deal with him.
if I remember correctly if you throw out or sell the lamp he'll just pop up again a few days later so you don't want to do that

Oh!!! That's what I've been doing wrong! I've been selling his lamp without realizing that he pops up after because of that. I'll just put his lamp in the closet or something. Thanks so much!
