It is annoying.
The least they could have thought up was to make the snow collect on the ground when it snows. I mean, they make more fish come out when it rains.

Exactly, winter sucks in this game. goodness. There's, pretty much, only a few fish and like 2 bugs? All you can do that is fun is build snowmen.. urgg!

Actually you can catch about 15% of all the fish in the winter time, not only the ones just exclusive to the season.
But overall, the snow wasn't worked with enough.
