Did I do something wrong?

I've been plot-resetting to get Henry to move into a good spot for a while now, but he'll keep moving to the same spot. At the beginning he swapped out where he moved in a little bit, but now there's been a streak of him moving right in front of the camp-site, not deviating from the exact same set of squares.

I don't recall accidentally loading up my mayor/alt, so I'm pretty sure it's not that. Is it possible that he won't move into any other spot? Should I accept it? Or is it just by coincidence that his house keeps plotting in exactly the same spot.

I really hope it's by coincidence. I won't discard him because of this, but since I'm planning on keeping him forever I don't want him moving in right in front of my camp-site!


Ps. I've plot-resetted before and my previous attempts have (almost) all been successful.

I don't think it's coincidence. I've failed plot resetting before, like this, and I'm not entirely sure how it happens. :c

Ugh! Nibbles was doing that exact same thing this morning. I thought I log into the game once since she's kept on sitting there (a spot right next to my house!), but after at least 25 resets! She moved to another spot.

try taking out the game, and replacing it. sometimes they get stuck in one spot. ( i had daisy or someone plot 3 times in a row in the same spot and i thought i ****ed up, but i hard powered down and removed the game and then tried again and it jumbled the plot a little and she move places.)

thats how i always plot reset bc they get stuck in that 3-4 spot location tracks and sometimes a hard reset (power button instead of manual game close) or removing the cartridge after a manual end will be enough to change the plot paths.

I had that happen to me with Chief. He would only plot infront of my house several times and nowhere else. No matter how many times I switched off and switched on the game he just wouldn't move from there. It takes a while to get them to move but you definitely didn't do something wrong. Chief kept doing this to me a lot even though I hadn't loaded up my mayor at all. Just keep at it and they'll eventually move spots occasionally. After Chief kept plotting in one spot he eventually moved from that spot completely and kept plotting in a general area. Good luck!

They eventually move to a different spot Marshal and Lopez did that in my old town :/

This happens to me too. But they will eventually change spot. I've only ever seen them in the same spot like 4 times though. Maybe just take out game, turn off the system, and try again
