Villager Prices:
Tier One: 50 TBT
Tier Two: 40 TBT
Tier Three: 30 TBT
Tier Four: 20 TBT
Tier Five: Free (5 TBT to take them off auto-void though)
Tier five villagers will be auto-voided unless someone asks them not to be! There is a 5 TBT charge to taking a villager off the auto-void list.
To reserve a villager, it will cost you 10 TBT. A reserved villager will be held for 24 hours for you to pick them up, and if you are unable to pick them up within that time period, and no plans have been made, your 10 TBT will not be refunded. If you are unable to pick up a villager because your village is full, you will not be refunded. Schedules can be worked around, within a reasonable time period.
Lurkers are welcome, and if no reserve has been placed on a villager, I will PM all users lurking for them when they go into boxes. All unreserved villagers will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis -- be ready to pick up a villager as soon as you tell me you're interested, I will not wait for you to move out a villager if someone else is interested.
