Well, the town you're visiting isn't my cycling town. If it was, I wouldn't care that much about being exact about the rules. I'm a little paranoid about things in my main town.
Besides, the voucher (which I think was won, though I haven't gotten solid proof) wouldn't apply only to the villagers currently in the thread. It'd be a rather weak prize if it did.
