Deleting attatched items?

How do you delete an attached item? like when you post something and then you delete it AND ITS STILL ATTACHED.

- Click to edit post
- Then click "Go Advanced"
- Scroll down to find "Manage Attachments"
- Choose attachments to delete
- Click done
- Then "Save Changes"
