I freaking love the dead trees! you know, the perfect fruit trees once you shake off all the perfect fruit?

I think they a quirky, different, unexpected touch and use them in different ways

Around Roscoe's house
Around Tucker's house
I have a garden of them by Avery
and using them to encircle a lighthouse and nan's house in my new spooky forest with halloween flowers.

IF you shake them, the creaky noise makes me laugh
the method of making them is kinda tedious but makes them all the more special!

No, they don't fit with the themes I normally choose. They're interesting looking, I just don't use them.

I like to do themed towns, so when I'm in a fall mood, I will make dead trees all around

true, I think my new town of Rutabaga will be most relevant when fall comes around, so hopefully I will finish it by then

As much as I would like to put a few unique trees like that, I don't think I want my town with a death tree. I'll probably keep planting new ones instead.

I have one each near my eagles. I figure since real eagles like old dead trees to perch on that it'd be cool that they have their own personal tree.

Those dead trees are pretty quirky and cool, it has that spooky feel to it, it would definitely look and match up to any spooky or horror town themes!

Yes, I do love the dead trees. I like my town to look "realistic" and "organic" because I like the look and also, I'm lazy, ha, ha. I don't have paths. I let flowers just crop up where they may, and I don't like a look that's too manicured. I also don't like animals that don't look like animals, so none of my villagers are pink or some color that doesn't occur naturally in nature. I like the dead trees because in real life, there are dead trees! I think it adds some realism, look-wise.

I think they look great, they can really add to the atomosphere in a town. Sadly, I don't think my town would work with them though. I don't have a villager who is especially dark or frightening and my town is filled with flowers. I don't actually have any fruits tree now except for a small orchard of perfect cherries. Which I may decide to turn into a little forest of dead trees. It's just time consuming to do

I swear I'm constantly learning things on here! I saw dead trees for the first time the other day and thought it was hacked or something lol.

I'm going for a spooky forest town so I think I'll use them C: I'm trying
to make some cash tho off perfect fruit so once I have some more
I'll plant a bunch! x

I have Coco's house surrounded with dead trees. I plan no making her area a desert or barren land.

I haven't had any dead trees in my town yet. Does anybody have any screen pics?

I just assumed in reading about perfect fruit trees eventually dying that they withered away.

Does having dead trees impact perfect town ratings?

Hmm I think for my mouse town il add them
Because I like them a lot but I like to stick with my themes so I don't need them
But don't have a plan for my mouse town so yeah il think il add them there

I love them in dream towns but don't use them in my towns.
The other night a tree dead and a spider was on it. When I shook the tree again the spider was still there. Not sure what happens if you keep the dead tree and save. It would be cool if you had a lot of dead trees and the spider showed up.
