Dancing Emote?

Okay, so I've seen people get emotes that let you dance...

I want these emotes. ;-; How do I get them? Dr. Shrunk teaches me lame ones that are extremely common, regardless of what I give him- perfect fruit, turnips, non-native fruit, and native fruit.

How do I get the rare-ish emotes from him?

Yeah, the dancing emote is the last one he gives you no matter what. Don't worry though, if you visit him everyday it will only take a couple weeks!
