I am needing some opinions today.​

I am debating whether I should start a cycling town again, last time it was successful. I did learn the new method with the new update as well.

I'd say you might as well go for it if you feel that you want to. It's never a bad thing to have more people running shops so people can adopt their dream villagers. I might potentially be interested depending on which villagers were to show up in your cycling town, as there are a few that I still need to adopt before I've acquired all of the villagers who would fit my town themes. Can't say I'd personally be a 100% certainty to show up in your shop due to there only being a very specific few I need, but yeah, I don't see why you shouldn't pursue running a cycling town.
