Cycling Town or 2nd Town?

Today I just created a town called Palinoia. I'm really happy with it, I love the map and layout of things. When I created the town, it was meant to be a cycling town. But now, I kinda want to make it my second town. I wanted a cycling town to raise money for one more piece of art for my mayor to go in my signature and most good artwork is like 500 - 1K BTB. Also, it's nice helping people out with getting their dreamies and with this, I'm killing two birds with one stone! So it comes down to this. Should I make this a cycling town, my 2nd town, or my temp cycling town that will also serve as my 2nd town?

You could cycle for your dreamies, and use the money you earn from cycling to buy art! c:

I would make it a temp cycling town. You can earn some TBT and then keep it for your second town. Best of both worlds!

I would make it a temp cycling town. That way you can still raise money for your painting, and once you've raised what you need to you can turn it into a regular town. This works even better if you don't know what villagers you want in your town, that way you don't get attached to anyone who moves in. It would also be a good idea to keep a list of villagers that have come through your town (at least until they've passed the 16 cycle requirement), so that you know who will and will not be able to move in once you do start developing it into an actual town.

I think turning it into a temporary cycling town would be a good idea. I know there are already a lot of cyclers, but an extra one doesn't hurt. You could help other people and yourself at the same time.

You should use it as a temporary cycle town, then once you get enough bells for the art and anything else you need, then you should use it as a second town and clean it up and decorate it and stuff ^.^
