Cycling help!

So I brought another copy of ACNL today for cycling, and I have been having a few problems.
I really want to put the perfect town ordinance up but I can't get my approve rating up, it's 34 now. I have been only tting one day at a time because I don't want to have loads of weeds. Another thing is my cycle thread, posts won't show up, it's annoying... :/. Now how can I fix these problems :/ :3

And as for posts not showing in your thread, I've had that happen a few times, but it just seems to fix itself after someone else posts. Not sure what to do about that.
