Lurking~
A lurk list is difficult to keep so if you are interested in villagers outside of SeaSide please just watch the thread on your own... Do not post "lurking for blah blah." Thanks!
Reserving~
See a villager you "must have?" Feel free to reserve them by offering the buyout price and an additional 10 tbt. The 10 tbt will be returned when you pick up the villager.
Prices~
I will take the highest offer on a villager for as long as they are listed in the town. (Not first come first served.) Also I am open to negotiation. If you are poor but in love with a villager let me know! I prefer tbt or collectibles but am open to other payment options... Please ask!
Here are my suggested price points... Buyouts are bolded
Tier 1~ 250+ tbt (buyout would have to be fairly high)
Tier 2~ 200-300 tbt
Tier 3~ 100-200 tbt
Tier 4~ 0-100 tbt
Tier 5~ Free-5 tbt
New: If no one wants the villager and they are a tier 1-3, I will post then for free (in title of thread) for 10 mins before voiding them.
I will end each villagers time as I see fit... Thanks!
